Many race results are outlined from a busy July in the local Duluth area race scene. Although August is a bit of a slow-down with races there are a couple cool races nearby. Trails are in a typical late summer state of being overgrown with bugs but dry, compact, and very runnable.
Tony discusses how runners can have a lack of motivation from time to time, and Mike talks about a couple of trail running-related subjects.
