Winter race results and upcoming races in Duluth mainly revolve around the Duluth Winter Trailrunning Series with the Northwoods Winter Trail Marathon and half just wrapping up. There are a couple races left in that series, and some upcoming races closer to the US/Canada border.
Trail conditions are really good and an excellent snow base has been established. Tony talks about strategies and science behind starting off a training program slowly and with patience, and has been pondering bucket list places to run.
Mike talks about signing up for races early in the year, and Tony discusses some recent PT protocols he’s used that can be applied for general recovery.
