Kyle Sather is a Duluth runner who has completed many different distances and types of races, and has been spotted at many of the local Twin Ports races in the past 8 years. Also, Kyle is a streak runner, with over 1,500 days in a row of at least one mile.
Finally, Kyle is a mental health professional, and brings his experience in providing therapy to those in need to this podcast with useful tips for all runners to cope in a time where life as a runner looks much different than what we’re all used to.
